Part investigator, part troubleshooter and part customer consultant, the claims professional wears many hats. Your primary responsibility is assisting claimants who have suffered a loss by paying out legitimate claims but also from thwarting fraudulent ones.  

You are typically one of the first people to speak to a policyholder after a loss. You must not only help reassure them but also work with them to verify coverage, determine the cause of the loss and the amount of the damages, and then settle the claim.

This rewarding job is a challenge every single day. As a claims professional, your goal is to deliver fast, efficient and personal service to policyholders when they suffer a loss to help restore their quality of life.

Since every claim is different, each call brings a new adventure!
