Losses can be phoned in 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Internet Loss Report
Auto claims without injuries can be reported by you or your customer on Main Street America’s public Web site, msagroup.com, and they will be directed to our CCU. Glass-only losses will be directed to Safelite, our glass repair and replacement vendor.
