For claims caused by a third party, Main Street America may pursue recovery of the claim amount paid to our insured. After expenses, Main Street America will use the recovered amount to reimburse all or a portion of the deductible paid by our insured. This process is known as subrogation.
If you have received a Notice of Subrogation status on your claim, you may check the status of the recovery by visiting mydeductible.com. Once in the site, please enter the Claim Identification Number (CID), your claim number and the password provided in the subrogation notice. Click for example.
