Wouldn't it be nice if you had both convenience and a choice of options for paying all of your bills? That is what The Main Street America Group provides for your premium payments!
Select the Payment Method That is Right for You.
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
If you would rather not worry about writing checks and getting them in the mail on time, consider Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Let us do the work. We will automatically debit your account every month. Click here to register for this service.
- Online Bill Pay
Prefer to pay by Visa, MasterCard or Discover? Or maybe you would like to use an ATM debit card, check card or electronic check? Click here to access these services online. The simple and convenient method is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- A $4.95 fee per payment may be assessed.
- There is a $10,000 maximum payment per transaction for one-time installments; $2,500 maximum payment per transaction for new business down payments.
- A maximum of 3 payments can be made in 5 days or 5 payments in 30 days.
- Pay by Phone
A quick call to our toll-free hotline at (800) 611-0958 allows you to pay by phone. Use your Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card, or an electronic check, ATM debit card or check card to make a payment. If you are having problems making a payment, call the payment customer service line at (888) 333-4014 (Hours: 8:30 a.m.-9 p.m. Eastern), where a live representative is available to provide assistance.

The Main Street America Group's Payment Option Plan
With Main Street America's payment option plan*, you will receive just one monthly bill for all of your policies. Select the payment option that fits your budget and lifestyle.
- Monthly Payments
If you like to pay your bills on a regular monthly schedule, that is easy to do. We will send you a monthly bill where the amount due does not change (unless your premium changes or you change your coverage). There are no surprises, so you can keep control of your budget.
- Quarterly Payments
If you would rather pay your premium quarterly, you can choose that option. That way you will only receive a statement every three months as long as there are no changes to your account.
- Annual Payments
Want to pay your annual premium all at once? Well, you can do that too. Just send in the full amount noted on your bill and you will not receive another statement from us until it is time for you to renew or you change your coverage.
Flexibility to Change
What if one month you want to pay the minimum monthly amount and the next month you would rather pay for a full quarter? Go right ahead! It is your choice! You choose the payment option that best suits your needs.
Main Street America's business insurance policyholders have several options for paying their premium:
- Installment Payments
After providing a 20 percent down payment, you can spread your premium payments over eight equal installments every 30 days.
- Annual Payments
Or, you can pay your entire premium at once through electronic funds transfer, online bill pay or pay by phone. You can also send your check via U.S. Mail, along with your application.
