If you own a condominium, your insurance needs are different than someone who owns a single family dwelling. MSA Group offers an insurance package tailored especially for condominium owners.

Our condominium insurance covers:

• Dwelling - Alterations, appliances, fixtures and improvements which are part of the building and contained within the "residence premises" as well as structures other than at the location of the residence premises, such as a garage.
• Personal Property - Such as clothing, furniture, etc. is covered against fire, vandalism and theft. Replacement value or actual cash value coverage is offered. Items included are:

• Loss of Use - This covers additional (above the normal) living costs incurred while your unit is untenable due to damage from a covered peril. The basic coverage automatically includes 40% of your personal property limit.

  • Debris and tree removal
  • Trees, shrubs and other plants
  • Property removed from premises
  • Credit card, fund transfer card, forgery and counterfeit money
  • Reasonable repairs
  • Fire Department charges
  • Loss assessment
  • Collapse
  • Glass/safety glazing material

• Glass or Safety Glazing Material - Glass breakage caused directly by earth movement and the direct physical loss to covered property caused solely by the pieces of broken glass of safety glazing materials is covered.
