Recipients Receive Company’s Highest Honor
JACKSONVILLE, Fla.

The Main Street America Group has recognized nine employees with the company’s highest honor when they were inducted into its prestigious Circle of Excellence at a recent ceremony at Ocean 60, Atlantic Beach, Fla.

This year’s Circle of Excellence honorees are:
Stacy Archer, senior commercial lines underwriter, Maple Grove, Minn.
Rye Capron, bond operations and business analytics manager, Keene, N.H.
Raven Garon, agency service representative, Keene, N.H.
Diane McCormick, claims field unit manager, Syracuse, N.Y.
Patty Pollett, claims field unit manager, Auburn, Mass.
Dave Roshala, business development executive, Northeast Region
Karthik Subramanian, application production manager, Jacksonville, Fla.
Casee Walley, corporate counsel manager, Jacksonville, Fla.
Brandi Warner, senior policy processor, Keene, N.H.

“Our mission at The Main Street America Group is to take care of our customers better than anyone else,” said Tom Van Berkel, the company’s chief executive officer. “These individuals truly strive to achieve that goal by working together for the mutual success of both our company and our agents’ and always striving to provide the highest level of service possible.”

The diverse group of winners was selected for their individual accomplishments and significant contributions to the company’s 2018 performance, including several of them playing key roles in Main Street America’s merger with American Family Insurance in 2018.

Established in 1985, Main Street America’s Circle of Excellence is an annual recognition program for employees of the super-regional property/casualty insurance carrier. Circle of Excellence members are nominated by fellow employees and selected by the company’s senior management team for their embodiment of the organization’s core values of ownership, relationships and service. Nearly 250 employees have been inducted into Main Street America’s Circle of Excellence since its founding.
